Yoga I courses are the most thorough introduction for a beginner to the Sivananda tradition, or for anyone looking to renew their practice of Hatha yoga. This 6-week class hatha yoga course provides a complete introduction to Yoga, including:

  • Yoga postures (asanas)
  • Breathing exercises (pranayama)
  • Relaxation exercises
  • Proper diet
  • Positive thinking & meditation

Courses are taught in small groups and generally meeting on Saturdays for 6 weeks for 2 hours each.

Classes will held only Saturdays
