Receive more instruction and prepare with more warm-ups at a slower pace.
Practice abbreviated breathing exercises to calm and balance the body and mind.
Modifications are available for the sun salutations, as well as all the postures. Adapt your practice.
Spend ample time in active relaxation between poses.
Build up your strength, flexibility, and endurance gradually. Yoga is for everybody.
