What We Provide

Gentle Yoga Class

Aimed at helping our physically challenged or seniors ease into the basic Sivananda class:

breathing-yoga-pose

Receive more instruction and prepare with more warm-ups at a slower pace.

relaxing-exercise

Tone and stretch.

multiple-pose

Practice abbreviated breathing exercises to calm and balance the body and mind.

final-relaxation

Modifications are available for the sun salutations, as well as all the postures. Adapt your practice.

gentle-yoga

Spend ample time in active relaxation between poses.

Build up your strength, flexibility, and endurance gradually. Yoga is for everybody.

Duration : 60 minutes.

Cost/Fee : $13 per session.
